ASP23是**钼钒粉末钢，属于瑞典标准，典型代表瑞典一胜百，同系列的有ASP30，ASP60粉末高速钢，有时也会被写作ASP-23

 

ASP-23主要用途：

ASP-23特别适合于薄的被加工材的下料及成形，或表面产生塑性变形的危险性高者，例如： 　　

·塑料成形机的零件如：螺杆，料筒，喷嘴，注射头，粉碎刀

·中碳钢或高碳钢的下料、冲切已硬化钢板或冷轧钢带、含有玻璃纤维的塑料模。

 

ASP-23产品特性：

·高**性、高抗压强度、韧性好、热处理的尺寸稳定性好、抗回火软化性好、非常好的淬透性。

ASP-23表面处理

高合金工具钢的加工和热处理，通常都比低合金工具钢更困难，因此模具的制造费用也极高，而粉末冶金制造的ASP-23，其机械加工性，比一般传统方法制造的高合金工具钢还好，热处理的尺寸稳定性也比较好，而且容易**。更由于其高硬度，高韧性及高温回火的特性，特别适合表面处理，如PVD镀钛。
